Drilling Waste Management Packaged Equipment for European client
Recently, 1 complete set of GN Drilling Waste Management System has been manufactured by GN Solids Control
and ready to start serving for a project in Europe. The system includes following equipment:

GN Drilling Waste Management System is designed to extract drilling fluids from cuttings, purifying the fluids for reuse. The primary goal is to optimize drilling fluid recycling, thereby minimizing drilling waste and reducing costs for operators.
In the case of oil-based drilling cuttings, the system typically achieves a substantial reduction in oil content, often reaching levels as low as 3% to 5%. In the case of water-based drilling cuttings, the emphasis is on reducing moisture content, facilitating easier transportation.
The overarching aim is twofold: first, to recycle drilling fluids effectively, contributing to cost savings through their reuse; and second, to curtail the quantity of drilling waste, thereby minimizing expenses associated with disposal or further treatment. This comprehensive approach not only supports environmental sustainability but also aligns with economic efficiency for drilling operations.
