This month, GN Solids Control successfully completed the manufacturing of five sets of mini vacuum cleaner pumps for an international drilling company.

The GN vacuum cleaner is equipped with a 5B vacuum pump, featuring a suction port reminiscent of a household vacuum cleaner. Its ingeniously compact design incorporates three wheels under the pump, enabling effortless mobility.
Operating as an air compressor-driven unit, the GN Vacuum Pump employs a discontinuous working mechanism. Initially, it suctions drilling sludge into the vacuum pump while keeping the inlet pneumatic valve open. Subsequently, this valve closes, and the discharge pneumatic valve opens, facilitating the seamless discharge of materials. This process offers two distinct operational modes:
The first mode is automatic, allowing users to preset the suction and discharge times using two timers. This automated approach streamlines the vacuum pump's operation, ensuring optimal efficiency in material transfer. The second mode is manual, where users control the opening and closing of the valves using levers.
