Typical process of Fruit & Vegetable Juice

• The vegetable or fruit is feed to a mill machine by elevator for milling.
• The belt press is washed by water and separates the fluid into liquid phase and solids phase.
• The solids phase is sent to vibration screen and liquid phase is sent to do enzymatic treatment.
• After treatment, the liquid phase is sent to decanter centrifuge to produce fruit or vegetable juice.
